SPC #003-The First Week

In episode 3 we talk about my first week of training.  Two flights and some ground work.  I've got 2.2 hours, and two more flights this week before I have to go out of town.  I also talk abou a B-17 that came to our local airport.

Great show so far. I have been hearing your show and nodding my head at far too many things it seems we have a lot of things in common. I wonder if it's just guys like us are drawn to aviation due to it being the ultimate challenge or if there is something else to it.

One comment, you should consider normalizing your audio a bit. When you switch from your voice to the music at the end it's literally a "pain in the ear" due to the large change in volume levels. I guess you could either pump yourself up louder or maybe ramp up the audio instead of bringin' it on.

At any rate keep up the good work on the show! I've added it to my podcast list and I'm looking forward to catching up.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm finding that there are a lot of us birds of a feather.

As for the levels...check some of the more recent episodes. I think I got that under control. In my editing bay, the levels didn't seem as disparate. I've done some tweaking after getting some feedback and hopefully it is better in later episodes. I think it is somewhat dependent on playback device and headphones/speakers used. Please let me know if it requires even more tweaking.
